We are thrilled to again be offering our traditional Bûche de Noël as well as a new version of it for our cake options this year. Bûche de Noël is a French Christmas cake that is shaped and decorated to resemble a wooden log. This traditional roulade will surely make for a fun, festive centerpiece at your dinner table! The cake will serve 10-12 people.

• Our “Original” Bûche de Noël will feature a chiffon cake rolled with a coffee liqueur spiked cocoa cream, chocolate ganache as the bark, and then decorated with meringue mushrooms, sugared cranberries, and sugared rosemary. (The meringue mushrooms will come packaged separately to be placed on the cake right before serving.)

• Our “Snowy” Bûche de Noël will feature a chiffon cake rolled with a passionfruit mousse, white chocolate ganache, white chocolate shards as the bark and then dusted with crushed pistachios.
