PRODUCTION BAKER (FT) - Looking for talented individuals who are passionate about artisanal baking and providing the best pastries, bread, and confections to our customers while meeting C&C quality standards. Responsibilities include helping the bakery team with all aspects of bakery production including making base doughs; shaping pastries and loaves; producing fillings, frostings, and glazes; helping with morning bake; operating large mixers, commercial ovens, and other kitchen equipment; being able to lift up to 50 lbs and help with customer service, if needed, as front-of-house backup. The ideal candidate must be service-oriented, a team player, committed to maintaining a positive work environment, able to work in a small fast-paced kitchen setting, have good time management, have good communication, be detail oriented, and have the ability to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Full-time candidates must be available Monday-Friday within a 6am - 4pm time frame (including some Saturdays and some later hours on special event nights).
